When we work with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel or Microsoft PowerPoint), often we open more than one document. By default, the documents that we open will be visible in the Windows taskbar. The more documents that opened, more they filled the Windows taskbar so often Windows will perform grouping on the same application (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel or Microsoft PowerPoint).
Actually be more practical and efficient if we can open a Microsoft Office document with only one Window. In addition to saving taskbar space also simplify and expedite access to those documents. Like the concept of multiple tabs in the modern browsers (Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera, Google Chrome, etc.).
Well, a Chinese programmer kindly provides a free application OfficeTab which is a plug-in from Microsoft Office to add multi-tabs feature into our Microsoft Office programs. I tried this plug-in into Microsoft Office 2003 and Microsoft Office 2007, it works well and what is more important to simplify and streamline our work. In the last version was released, many additional features and capabilities of these plug-in.

With this plug-in, we can arrange a multi tabs in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, such as the location of multi-tabs (top, bottom, left or right) on our Window work areas.
Default display style or we can choose from 11 kinds of styles are available. We also can change the color of tabs in accordance with our tastes.
Labels or names of documents that appear on multi tabs can also set whether the autosize, SizeToFit or Fixed.
